By using ByteBuster Tools ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided free of charge and is intended for lawful purposes only.
2. Description of Service
ByteBuster Tools is a collection of client-side utilities that process data entirely within your browser. No files, text, or other input data is transmitted to any server operated by ByteBuster Tools. The Service functions purely as a front-end interface to browser-based APIs.
3. No Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. ByteBuster Tools does not guarantee that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce accurate results. You use all tools at your own risk.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ByteBuster Tools and its creator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or any consequential damages.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service in unauthorized ways.
- Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The ByteBuster Tools name, logo, and site design are the intellectual property of William James Delday. The underlying open-source libraries used by the Service are governed by their respective licenses.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
